Marketing
Hang Seng's Marketing function is responsible for formulating marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives to reinforce the brand of Hang Seng Bank, drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's product and services, strengthen customer loyalty to build long term relationships, and provide internal business units with marketing support to deliver a comprehensive suite of products and services offered by the Bank.
We are currently seeking a qualified digital marketing specialist to join us asMarketing Manager, Digital Marketing.
Principal responsibilities
  • Drive acquisition and usage of the Bank's digital banking and digitally enabled products and services by advocating a seamless experience throughout the customer's journey
  • Promote Bank's digital banking awareness and presence via through-the-line communication channels
  • Manage interactions with internal and external parties regularly for on-time, in-budget campaign implementations
  • Lead and implement bank-wide strategic digital initiatives and projects
  • Work closely with the greater marketing team and digital agencies to implement consistent standards on digital communications e.g. promotion webpage, display ad, etc.
  • Provide support to uplift the digital marketing capability of the wider marketing team, e.g. provide regular industry updates, best practice sharing, enhancing media tracking capabilities, reviewing brand safety measure for digital media, etc.
  • Adhere to the Bank's guidelines in campaign execution
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years' relevant job experience and at least 2 years' people management experience, with exposure to financial services industry preferred
  • Hands on experience leading ATL & BTL marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience in managing digital marketing tools, including PPC, programmatic, social media and email marketing
  • Creative, constantly look out for new opportunities to achieve business goals digitally
  • Strong sense of business analysis and acumen
  • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
