We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Health and Wellness.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Employee Benefits Solution & Platform Strategy
    • As a key member of the Group Health & Wellness Function, this position will help define and deliver the new Health & Wellness Proposition and Platforms across HSBC Life's markets
    • The immediate focus and priority will be for this position to help define the overall Strategy for developing and rolling out new Employee Benefits Solutions and Platforms to support HSBC's overall Health & Wellness Strategy
    • This position will be a key member of a small Group Team of Subject Matter Experts, who will drive and own the future strategic direction of the H&W programme and oversee consistent implementation across the wider HSBC Group and markets
    • This person will work closely with the various local markets to design the future-state of the Employee Benefits proposition and platform; and support delivery of the proposition within an agreed design blueprint. This person will also be responsible for liaising and collaborating with various other internal functions to support the overall H&W strategy and execution, which includes Group Transformation, Marketing, Product and Actuarial, Strategy, NextGen Partnerships, Digital as well as with the Bank
    • Importantly, this person will also work closely with various Bank functions to develop deeper integration with the bank and linkages with financial wellbeing
  • Employee Benefits Solutions and Platform Delivery
    • As part of the Group Health & Wellness Team, lead the market expansion of the Employee Benefits proposition and platform to subsequent markets. The strategy is to re-use the various EB platform and solution assets; however, localized to specific market needs to serve their customer's needs
    • This role will collaborate closely with local market stakeholders and various other Group Functions; including technology, transformation and Data & Analytics to deliver the EB solutions into market
  • EB Blueprint & Architecture
    • Responsible for making sure the various EB related initiatives and new market implementations are developed and executed in line with the overall business and solutions architecture and principles. This will include playing a key role in sponsoring future enhancements and changes through the Design Council
  • Strategic Health Partnerships
    • In conjunction with NextGen Partnerships, this role will play a leading role in the identification, selection and engagement and contracting of global strategic partners (specifically, telehealth providers and network partners). This will be a combination of existing as well as new strategic H&W related partners. Play a leading role in the ongoing management of the relationships as well as the future evolution and improvement of the proposition
  • Ongoing Support and Best Practices
    • Work with the local markets to identify opportunities to introduce new features, enhancements ongoing improvements across the wider programme; and ensure consistent execution and integrity of the proposition. Ensure re-use and leveraging global assets and capabilities across markets. Coordinate and share best practices across all markets
  • Performance Management
    • Manage and monitor the H&W business and operations performance to ensure consistency, quality and adherence to SLAs and budget, through detailed and timely management reports and review meetings with the business
  • Internal and External H&W Leadership
    • Ongoing monitoring and review of H&W related innovation, developments, start-ups and new technology which may support our proposition. Provide H&W proposition expertise to local business units and help drive ongoing improvement in design, operational efficiencies and ongoing innovation

Requirements
  • Previous experience and track record of working on the design and implementation of Insurance linked Health and Wellness propositions across various markets
  • Ability to contribute to the development of business unit strategies, plans, and priorities by providing relevant input and understanding of existing and emerging technologies, applications, and trends
  • Innovative team leader with a tenacious focus on objectives, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to execute multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
  • Exposure in building and maintaining partnership or supplier relationships
  • Self-motivated and customer orientated
