CORPORATE FINANCE (CREDIT) ASIA, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit high calibers to join them.

Credit analysis as lead analyst coverage with fundamental credit and key risk analysis on a wide range of counterparties and investments across Asia. Present comprehensive and well thought out investment proposals and actively participate in credit approval discussions. Provide insightful and prompt credit and investment feedback on new opportunities and credit/ industry cycles, supported by strong ability to judge and make relative value recommendations. All-round transaction execution experiences across all deal aspects (origination analysis, structuring, legal & documentation, execution etc). Business development with acumen in identifying and initiating investment opportunities through liaison with brokers or borrowers. Credit stewardship and ongoing credit monitoring where timely credit reviews are prepared on a consistent basis at a high-quality level, incorporating key risks, concepts, and/or recent events that are considered significant to the internal credit. Evaluate and recommend waivers requested by borrowers. Lead and participate in other ad-hoc projects/requests as needed.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years intensive experience in investment, credit research or related disciplines. Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Diligent, attention to details and ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines. Dynamic and good team player.
