HR Advisor

Permanent opportunity for a HR AdvisorThis is an opportunity to work within a structured human resources function where you will be responsible for your own stakeholder portfolio.

Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for providing the full suite of human resources services across a corporate portfolio within this renowned educational establishment.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provision of generalist advice and coaching to the management team
• Interpretation and implementation of required industrial tools
• Management of employee and industrial relations
• Supporting the coordination and implementation of cyclical HR programs of work
• Talent management and organisational capability
• Supporting change management programs
• Provision of reporting and data analytics

This is a fast paced environment where you will be given the opportunity with clear direction to have autonomy to deliver a high level of service and best practice through collaboration, effective communication and coaching with your major stakeholder groups.

It is essential that you possess a HR or related qualification, have previously worked at a similar level and can demonstrate your ability to effectively manage employee relations cases through to recommendation, interpret EAs and support negotiations, and you will ensure that advice is contemporary and process and procedures are fulfilled.

The role offers a competitive salary with the additional benefit of 17% superannuation.
