Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Partnership and Innovation Manager.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new markets and products, strategic business partnerships, merger and acquisition projects etc.
  • Analyse the financial performance, identify the business opportunities and risks and interpret to the key stakeholders
  • Gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses
  • Develop and review business case to communicate recommendations with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with different business lines to understand their market propositions and define opportunities for the overall group
  • Originate, design and support partnership proposals identifying market insights
  • Work with the key stakeholders across functions to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives and projects

Requirements
  • 1~5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or consulting, preferable in Asia Pacific market
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferable
  • Speak and write fluent English
  • Knowledge in Digital banking and Fintech trend & landscape, and understand how the emerging technology impacts the current and next generation of financial service
  • Sound understanding in consumer value and digital experience as well in business viability of such new experience
  • Be able to identify creative opportunities with partners, and translate these opportunities into execution approach and strategy
  • Ability to design, lead/support and execute market research and competitive analysis as well as communicate insights
  • Ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting
  • Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
