Job Description
A Fantastic Opportunity To Establish A New Business Line & Drive Growth For A Household Known Australian Brand As A Commercial Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities -
  • This role will work collaboratively with the leadership team on business performance, initiative prioritisation, strategic objectives and the delivery of Objectives / Key Results.
  • Responsible for delivering month-end while supporting several aspects including P&L accountability.
  • Proactively manage complex and diverse activities to develop new approaches and methods to deliver stakeholder business value / outcomes.
  • Business partnering and collaboration with the wider performance marketing teams, Operations and other teams to improve outcomes.
  • Identify opportunity for development and support the prioritisation processes for initiatives that support or accelerate commercial performance.
  • Provide governance leadership throughout the commercial dealing process.
  • Develop, manage and maintain critical relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvement, continued improvement, standardisation and automation of reporting & processes.
Experience And Skills Required -
  • 7+ years experience in a commercially focused role (Finance, Commercial, Analytics).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to effectively engage at executive levels.
  • Previous work experience in a commercial finance environment ideally in Financial Services.
  • CFA/CPA/equivalent qualification ( Prefer, not mandatory ).
  • Good experience of analysing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow).
  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
