About the Department
The Credit and Risk Management function is comprised of three teams: Risk Management, Credit and Special Asset Management. We manage the risks arising from the Group's business activities within the risk appetite established by the Board. This involves identifying and evaluating the risks, developing effective risk governance and strategies as well as providing independent assessment of the overall risk profile.

Job Responsibilities
You will be the project manager to lead the implementation of balance sheet risk reporting and monitoring under UOB-Citi Integration project, and on an ongoing basis, ensure risk control alignment and enhancement with in depth analysis of Citi portfolio and it's impact on balance sheet structure of the Bank Group, including affected subsidiary banks. You will also need to support Balance Sheet Risk Management (BSRM) head for her overview of risk & control workstream (WS14) under Citi integration project. You will be required to:
• Coordinate with stakeholders to agree and implement target operating model for generation of BSRM reports with Citi data integration;
• Work with stakeholders to ensure delivery of all project task within stipulated project timeline;
• Analyze Citi data and its impact on balance sheet structure as well as interest rate / liquidity risks exposures
• Assist in reviewing overseas reports and assumptions with Citi data integrated, taking into account the various regulations
• Assist in necessary risk control alignment and enhancement with Citi integration, including functional upgrade of the reporting system
• Assist in secretariat supports to Head of BSRM in WS14 and other management committee matters

Job Requirements
• Degree holder majoring in Business, Finance or equivalent professional certifications with relevant experience in a financial institution, holder of Financial Risk Manager (FRM)/Professional Risk Manager (PRM) will have an advantage
• Applicants with balance sheet risk management domain knowledge and project management experience will have an advantage
• Highly proficient in communication skills;
• Numerically inclined with a strong analytical mind
• Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
• Team player, self-motivated and resourceful
