- Responsible for overall loan operations management including : on boarding, servicing, accounting and reporting functions for the bank's loan portfolio
- Ensure that ongoing client account instructions are implemented efficiently and accurately including draw downs, repayments, rollover and settlements
- Design and administrate system processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely loan processing.
- Drafting and maintain necessary SOP or manual on performed duties
Requirements
- Degree with experience in a banking operations, preferably in both corporate and private banking business
- Good knowledge of typical corporate loan products, such as term loan, revolving credit line, syndication loan (participation and agent role), structured financing.
- Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and best practices relating to the corporate lending operations.
- Awareness of operational risk controls, local and overseas market practices.
- Experience in supervisory skills to guide junior/subordinated colleagues
- Experience in handling T24 system will be advantageous.
