Fluent french speaker to join the European portfolio management team of this renowned and successful real estate investment manager.
With direct asset management responsibility for a handful of office and PRS assets located across Europe, you'll also have responsibility for overseeing the activity of AM colleagues in-country across a large portfolio of office, retail and logistics assets. In addition, you will oversee transactional activity across several European markets including France, and will use your fluent French to liaise, as the main day to day contact, with a large French separate account client, and also for other French clients, investing across asset classes and strategies. In this role, you will also assist in Fund level transaction management.
You will have:
A good (2.1 or better) degree from a reputable University
3-7 years' real estate investment/asset management experience
Fluent spoken and written French
Excellent written and spoken English
French market knowledge (this is a plus but not a requirement)
Strong technical skills
Maturity and self-assurance to deal with senior counter party
