Responsibilities
  • On boarding and set-up of all new institutional clients
  • Monitoring trade settlement and position management
  • Trade entry and allocation
  • Consistently maintaining trade blotter
  • Prompt correspondence with institutional clients to help quickly and effectively resolve any operational issues
  • Improvement and streamlining of any and all operational processes
  • Commission management
  • Deliver high level of service and quality.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience required
  • 2-5 years' experience in Trading Operations within a broker-dealer, required
  • Good knowledge of pan-European equities (in particular market structure, equity trading lifecycle, regulatory environment, legal and compliance requirements for equity execution), expertise in US market is highly welcome
  • Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships and an outgoing personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to a demanding client base while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as attention to detail
  • High-energy, highly motivated and the ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with colleagues, traders, IT developers and clients
  • Willingness to obtain requisite licensing qualifications, if not already obtained (e.g series 7, 57, 63, or CFA)
  • Advanced IT skills, including all standard Office applications; Bloomberg
