We Offer
As continued efforts to grow our Private Banking franchise to a leading force in Asia, under the leadership of the COO office, the Source of Wealth (SoW) Team as part of APAC First Line of Defense Support (FLDS), in Singapore and Hong Kong. The team will ensure our SOW standard will be the pioneer in the region. The key responsibility of the SoW Team is to support the front office to write and review the client's source of wealth to ensure corroboration and plausibility of the client's original source of funds and wealth growth.
Your role includes the following core challenges:
• Manage a team of Analyst to ensure the partners' Source of Wealth (SoW) write up's quality can meet the regulatory expectation through the Source of Wealth Uplift
• You will be responsible for performing corroboration and plausibility checks on the Analyst's SoW write up in accordance with the APAC SoW guidelines
• Review as checker the material changes in DDCRs and up-risked accounts on an ongoing basis
• You will be required to check and confirm information from multiple sources to ensure complete and consistent information across the clients' profile
• To guide the analyst where additional information or clarifications are required and support them by ensuring the final write up meets the APAC SoW guidelines
• You will accurately review the source of wealth information, and your assessment of the corroboration and plausibility, with the supporting documents into the template that will be archived within the system
