Job Responsibilities
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of SME clients, establishing strong banking relationship and ensuring high standard of credit evaluation
  • Acquire new accounts, provide sound banking solutions and cross-sell Bank's products and services on top of managing day-to-day account operational matters
  • Underwrite credit risks by identifying significant risks and mitigating factors
  • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of an existing pool of borrowing accounts to achieve optimum utilisation rate and profitability as well as timely submission of credit review

Job Requirements
  • Degree from a recognised university with 5 years of related work experience within the Middle Market space.
  • Strong sense of commitment and accountability, possess a business focus mindset, self-motivated to deliver work of the highest standard
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable to business environment changes and deliver within timelines
  • Meticulous, self-driven and a team player
