JOB SUMMARY Reporting: a. Preparation of regular consolidated reports for Family Office operations (e.g. balance sheet, cash flow, P&L) b. Preparation of consolidated reports for investment portfolio: asset holdings, investment performance, cash flow, trade updates i. Gather data/regular reports on investment performance from investment managers (internal/external, e.g. PE funds) ii. Analysing data for investment returns and performance, and translating findings into meaningful reports for principals iii.Ensure performance metrics are uniform across all investment managers iv. Highlight areas of concern for investment performance c. Customise reports from central systems d. Prepare accounts for submission to regulatory authorities e. Assist with streamlining existing reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy Cash Management: a. Prepare cash flow forecasts b. Monitor liquidity needs of Family Office & Family Fund c. Suggest actions for efficient cash management
