Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the overall strategy and proposal of business planning, administration, accounting information, human resource control, etc., from the ban k's overall development direction, and put forward professional advice for Personal Banking Risk and Integrated Management Department, Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department, Personal Digital Bkg Product Dept, BOC Credit Card
  • According to the Group's overall strategy, divide the medium and long-term goal and annual development plan into sections assigned to the responsible business units and supervise their handling to ensure the the overall strategic objectives achieved
  • Coordinate the formulation of the annual budget, KPI, indicators, etc., responsible for personal finance and wealth management, including human resources, operational budget, capital budget
  • Supervise the operation of financial accounting within the organization, coordinate the planning and organization of management within the organization; assess and report on the financial performance of all business operations; ensure business and financial analysis in a true and fair manner to detect and solve problems; Regular and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure subsidiary's corporate governance to comply with the bank's management and risk regulation, such as provision of assistance for professional teams to strengthen and sharpen the management of BOC Life
  • Coordinate and supervise all administrative works, such as office administration and recreational activities, of all business units to operate efficiently in accordance with the objectives of the bank
  • Ensure the effective use of human resources, such as recruitment, training and placement, in the business units by effective and efficient working relationship with Human Resources Department
  • Coordinate career planning, talent building, cross units job rotation, professional training and recreational activities in order to strengthen the competence and cohesiveness of members in the business unit
  • Conduct data analysis & study on the specific tasks and provide advice on the prevention measures to the risk units of Personal Banking Risk and Integrated Management Department.
  • To cope with Digital Transformation needs, assist the risk units of Personal Banking Risk and Integrated Management Department by using the scientific / automatic tools to enhance for daily business use
  • According to the development of the Group's regional management, to provide support for ASEAN Personal Banking Business Expansion, monitor the financial performance of ASEAN Personal Banking Business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or above with major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Finance Management in Politics and Administration
  • Minimum of 10 years of solid experiences in financial institutions in which at least 5 years related working experience in financial and business management
  • Familiar with the requirement of the local regulatory bodies, market trend, banking operations and the principle of operation enhancement
  • With innovative thinking and incisive data analysis ability
  • Decisive and confident, with good analysis, response and crisis processing ability
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills
