Your new role
Reporting into the Commercial Manager the key focus areas of this business partnering role are -

• Business partner with sales and operations to provide insightful reporting and analysis to support the business in making key decisions
• Lead and deliver outcomes for key finance projects that improve both our financial and operational ways of working and metrics
• Support the venues with the month end, forecast and budget processes, as well as ad hoc requests to understand financials and identify efficiencies across the network.
• Support the implementation of an improved reporting framework and alignment of reporting and processes
• Partner with other key stakeholders to understand financial performance and track business initiatives.
• Prepare Capital Expenditure investment business cases with operations and undertake insightful post implementation reviews
• Support, maintain and improve reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of non driver aligned overhead departments

What you'll need to succeed

• CPA/CA qualified
• Finance Analyst/Business partnering background
• Medium to Large commercial business background
• Retail background ideally
• Multi site businesses are highly relevant as are working across multiple states
• Communicate to non-financial stakeholders (insights and suggested changes to increase profit/performance)
• Self starter autonomous operator
