Equity research associate , Listed US Real estate businesses, Global Bank, New York

One of the top international banks are now looking to add an Equity Research Associate to their Manhattan based equity research team.

The coverage of the role will be US listed real estate companies The role will work focus on writing equity research for their hedge funds and asset management client base.

You will work with the lead analysts on the following:

- Writing pieces of equity research on listed US real estate companies

- Speaking with clients about your recommendations

- Financial modelling, valuations, financial analysis - Listening to newsflow, updating financial models, keeping the team up to date with developments - Company and client visits

They are interested in meeting with people who will have a background as follows

• Equity analysts
• CPAs/ advisors from major accounting firms
• Investment bankers wanting to move into equity research
• CFAs
• Great communication skills
• Real interest in financial markets
