We're seeking a REFM Manager (m/f/x) in Lisboa (Portugal) to start as soon as possible.

Job Description

• Responsible to lead the facilities management country organization of AUTODOC Portugal;
• Responsibility for a save, cost-efficient and qualitative high-level business support to the internal customers;
• Building a service oriented FM team incl. back office, receptionist etc.;
• Close and regular communication to all local stakeholders;
• Strategic and KPI based site operation.

Qualifications

• Facilities management experience (min. 3 years) in a similar roll;
• Advanced leadership experience;
• Experience in starting up a facilities management structure is a plus;
• High level English and Portugese language skills (C1+) and professional commuication skills;
• Advanced project management experience;
• University degree in facilites, building management or similar.
