Altus Partners are excited to be partnered with one of Europe's most exciting E-Commerce scale-ups. Having recently received significant funding from some of the world's leading investors, they are now looking to aggressively grow their presence in the US. Our client will be highly acquisitive as they look to further their market dominance. They are now looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead their finance department and play a key role in preparing the business for an IPO within 4 years.
THE ROLE:

Our client will be highly acquisitive as they look to further their market dominance. They are now looking for an experienced Finance Director to lead their finance department and play a key role in preparing the business for an IPO within 4 years.
THE ROLE:
- Manage all M&A activity, including commercial DD processes
- Drive an efficient, effective and comprehensive process for developing financial plans and analysis that links to the business' strategic objectives
- Drive the annual strategic planning process and strategic initiatives
- Create detailed board/investor packs
- Ownership of day-to-day finance function
- Build a best in class team as the company continues to grow exponentially
- Work closely with the Co-Founders on crucial commercial projects
THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Excellent financial modelling skills
- Experience working in a top-tier consultancy beneficial
- Experience working in a private equity or venture capital backed SME/start-up
- Fundraising experience, Series A and beyond
- Used to working in a highly-complex organisation
