Overview
The incumbent will play a key role in designing and implementing career development programs as well as managing portfolio of leadership and management skills programs and projects in Tax function. To align the overall Learning and Development approach with Global KPMG Business School, s/he will need to identify training needs, formulate curriculum, design and deliver learning solutions for all staff in Tax Function.

The incumbent will play a key role in designing and implementing career development programs as well as managing portfolio of leadership and management skills programs and projects in Tax function. To align the overall Learning and Development approach with Global KPMG Business School, s/he will need to identify training needs, formulate curriculum, design and deliver learning solutions for all staff in Tax Function.
Responsibilities
- Lead the formulating, designing and implementing of people development strategies for Tax professionals in Hong Kong
- Manage learning and development programs for Tax professionals, from enrolment to reporting
- Deliver non-technical programs, including topics such as change management, strategic thinking and empathy
- Oversee program effectiveness of professional qualification learning support
- Manage the knowledge management database of internal training materials
- Coordinate with internal teams on wider people development initiatives to provide an optimal people experience to our colleagues
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or other related disciplines. Master degree of any of above discipline is desirable
- At least 10 years' relevant experience in learning and development or talent development in large organizations, preferably in MNCs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally
- Track record in building L&D function and leading culture change
- Strong technical skills in talent assessment and development including assessment/development center, 360-degree feedback questionnaires, etc.
- Good organizational, presentation and facilitation skills;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and basic Mandarin
- Technical knowledge on Tax and Accounting or prior work experience in a professional services firm are not necessary, but will be an advantage
