Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day and month end accounting processes
  • Regulatory and other statutory reporting, including filings with the MAS in Singapore
  • Preparation of financial surveys including, but not limited, to the MAS
  • Prepare GST returns and schedules for GST filings, including relevant analysis
  • Liaise with overseas finance colleagues with regards to transfer pricing and intercompany charges
  • Preparation of statutory financial statements and assist with the statutory audit process including liaising with external auditors
  • Preparation of corporate tax schedules as required and assist with liaising with the relevant tax agents
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accountancy or tax qualification or a professional qualification under the ACCA, ICAEW, SCA and SIATP
  • At least 3-5 years of tax or accounting experience, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office with an emphasis in Excel
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in process automation tools is a plus
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced multi-tasker, with a focus on effective prioritization
  • Meticulous and detail oriented, possess an analytical mind and well-organized
  • Ability to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
