The Private Banking Group (PBG) in WM offers our clients access to Banking Services, Deposit Products, and Lending Solutions. Deposits and Banking Services is an important source of revenue for Wealth Management. The recent integration of E*TRADE's Banking Products provides an enormous opportunity for growth as it expands our product offerings to include retail checking and savings accounts.

PBG Deposits & Direct/Morgan Stanley at Work Banking Client Experience Team is a seeking a talented professional with 3-5 years of foundational experience to help shape the future of how our Clients do business with us at Morgan Stanley.
You will have the opportunity to be a vital part of a team that is driving change based on data and insights. You will work with partners to gather and interpret data, build surveys, create dashboards and reports to support continuous business efforts that improve the experience of our Clients and internal teams. Along with finding an individual who is passionate about showcasing their analytical and strategic skillset, we are also looking for an individual who is a team player, always willing to innovate and challenge the status quo and ultimately make an impact on our Client's interaction with Morgan Stanley.
This position is a great opportunity to tackle complex business challenges, hone your financial analysis and data management skills. You will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of banking, partner with teams in different functions across Morgan Stanley, be a part of a team that is building a program from the ground up.
The PBG Deposits & Banking Services Team is in 1 New York Plaza in Manhattan.
Responsibilities include:
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and analyze to develop insights and recommendations
• Assist with building and maintaining Client Experience surveys for multiple stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
• Build dashboards and infographics to display data in a digestible manner
• Create executive level presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
• Contribute to Client Experience strategy and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years relevant experience in banking, client experience, project management or similar field
• Strong command of Excel (Pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and functions)
• Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint; experience creating executive level presentations a plus
• Strategic and analytical thinker with ability to interpret data
• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, define requirements, and organize information concisely
• Fully embrace change in an ever-evolving organization
• Entrepreneurial spirit & desire to wear many hats with guidance and direction
• You are intellectually curious, see things differently, and challenge the status quo; you are not afraid to ask questions.
