Capital Markets Analyst (Real Estate)

Selby Jennings is currently partnered with a Real Estate firm based in Charleston, SC. This firm has been around for 6 years, with a focus in multi-family properties . This firm is looking for a Capital Markets Analyst who will help them expand the firm further.

Responsibilities of the Capital Markets Analyst role are:

• Work directly with Co-founders and Managing Director of Capital Markets to help capitalization of all current projects
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing LP's and lenders of the firm

Requirements for the Capital Markets Analyst are:

• 3 -5 yrs of Capital Markets experience or Investment Banking experience dealing within Real Estate
• Excellent verbal & communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter or a go-getter
