Our research is focused on the intersection between economics and financial markets in Sri Lanka and is distributed internationally through S&P Global. You will be guided and mentored by the CEO of the company.

Responsibilities
• Analyze and publish periodic reports on economic sub-sectors.
• Build and maintain databases and economic models to forecast macroeconomic variables.
• Contributing macro insights to supplement the investment process.
• Develop and publish thematic research and bespoke reports.
• Liaise with the firm’s industry and company analysts to develop insights into the state of the economy.
• Prepare macro presentations to both foreign and domestic investors.

Expertise and Qualifications
• Undergraduate or master's degree in economics or equivalent; working towards the CFA charter is an added advantage.
• Understanding of macroeconomics, equities and other asset classes.
• 1+ year experience in financial markets or related industry, economic analysis is not a prerequisite.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to multitask.
