Operations - Payment Services

Hang Seng's Payment Services is a team of experienced operations professionals who strive for delivering effective, efficient and world-class standard payment services to personal customers, corporations, financial institutions and internal units.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Payment Services Manager.
Principal responsibilities
  • Lead the onshore and offshore team to oversee the Low Value Payment (i.e. Autopay, ECG, Faster Payment, etc)
  • Support and drive business initiatives to achieve the business growth
  • Perform data analysis and process re-engineering to devise strategic/IT solutions for operational efficiency gain/ operational risk mitigation
  • Implement all SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and FCR control to deliver quality services and ensure full compliance with the regulatory and Group requirements
  • Participate and deliver bank-wide projects (eg, Faster Payment, etc) to align with global strategy and standard
  • Manage the risk control, quality assurance and customer experience throughout the daily operations
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in banking industry, with sound knowledge of payment / banking operations is a must
  • Good analytical, problem solving, stakeholder management and report writing skills
  • Good knowledge of application software including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior role
