Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Head of Sales and Business Development, your main task is to work on business development to achieve line revenue targets and for cross-selling products and services to their new and existing clients in the Asia region. This includes preparing and negotiating proposals and agreements for respect projects, and to stay alert on the project during Shareholder ID and proxy campaign to enhance client's relationship. You will be responsible for developing an effective sales plan for the HK/China region ensuring sales targets are achieved, managing a portfolio of clients by interacting with key clients and building solid relationships with regular face-to-face meetings to ensure clients' needs are being met. The role will require some traveling across the APAC region.
To qualify, you must have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Corporate Governance, and Finance and have a proven track record with at least 4 years of experience as a sales manager. Your knowledge and exposure to H-Share, Red Chip companies, and ESG will be valuable. Whilst having experience in Investor Relations and Corporate Governance is an advantage. You must excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
