Job Title: Lead Analyst, Client Service

Client & Product Billing Operations is looking for an individual to join our team to support our firm and our clients in maintaining the financial relationships relevant between clearing firms, introducing firms and end investors. This role is responsible for implementing contractual agreements between our firm and our clients while providing support for our clients to implement their fee schedules to end investors across a broad array of financial products and services. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to translate contractual data into application presentation.

Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Complete assigned contract implementation activities related to onboarding of new clients and maintenance of existing clients
  • Analyze and interpret fee schedule data and implement configurations into various billing systems while maintaining data integrity
  • Using in-depth knowledge of system logic and contract language to evaluate risk and ensure client expectations are met
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure the implementation is carried out efficiently
  • Obtains and reviews the appropriate documentation and reference data and ensures proper validations are completed
  • Understanding the products and services Pershing offers to our clients
  • Understanding how our clients assess and collect fees from the investors they introduce to Pershing and assisting in the application of our billing technology to support the financial relationship between our clients and the investors they serve

  • General knowledge of broker dealer and clearing firm operations
  • An ability to identify and mitigate operational risks by understanding process flows, control frameworks and execution
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
