Who we are looking for
Looking for a candidate who will be able to support post-trade functions for the Irvine IMS Trade Management department related to Fixed income, equities, short term financing, and Foreign Exchange activity supporting large global investment managers. Ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership to advance the service offering and modernize the workflows. The candidate will lead a team across multiple global locations, with a team of high performing individuals. They will face off directly with the client and manage internal/external escalated items in a time sensitive manner, interface daily with various teams inclusive of the trade floor, and lead IT and Business projects which cultivate new/existing workflows and operations infrastructure.

What you will be responsible for
As Managing Director you will
• Lead/Manage multiple business teams supporting one of our largest clients
• Cultivate and develop both associates and the direct management team
• Lead IT projects associated with enhancing existing workflows and creating new workflows supporting new financial products
• Client facing escalation contact
• Manage the Trade Instruction, settlement, confirmation, and fail resolution aspects of the post-trade workflow for products under management
• Report directly to Irvine location head, and collaborate daily on items and projects impacting the broader firm
• Contribute to internal-SST custodian related projects/initiatives

Education & Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree requested
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience required
