Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the development of our new Business Unit - Concept Quality focusing on delivery for the operative units in Automotive, Finance, Retail, Energy, and Telco.
• You will have a high degree of creative freedom in an innovative and international team. This includes people management, resource, and budget planning, as well as the selection and recruitment of new employees
• You work closely together with the operative business units to understand running and new project situations, have a clear picture of the business, and address current and upcoming needs in the delivery
• You will be able to explain Concept Quality Reply's portfolio and business model as part of the Reply group in the role of our representative in Katowice

Qualifications

• We are looking forward to your successfully completed university studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable technical course of study
• 5+ Years of experience in SW Products Development with familiarity with Testing/Validation methodologies and processes ant at least 2 years of People Management and leading teams & projects
• You have experience in Test Automation initiatives for both functional and non-functional testing (performance/load); tools like Selenium, Appium, UFT, Silk Test, Load Runner, Cucumber, SilkTest, Postman, Soap UI and with ALM, Test Management, and Defect Tracking tools
• You can simultaneously meet customer expectations and challenge your employees. An intermittently stressful situation challenges you and demonstrates your pragmatic solution-oriented thinking
• You have a background in SW Development (e.g. C, C++/C#, Java SE/EE, Python) and solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Very good communication skills in English (German on a basic level is an advantage), as well as the willingness to travel occasionally, complete your profile
