Private Equity Investment Associate - $150B+ AUM

Our client is a $150 B New York City based Upper Middle Market private equity firm, with a successful track record. They have a very successful track record of investing within the FIG space and are looking to expand more into the Insurance side of things. They are looking to bring on an associate to expand their existing portfolio through new platform and add-on acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

• Review new transactions and develop supporting analyses
• Identify potential investment opportunities
• Attend management presentations
• Develop and manage financial models and analyses for prospective acquisitions

Qualifications:

• Two to three years of Bulge Bracket/Elite Boutique investment banking, lending or other relevant financial experience
• Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier school
• Strong accounting and financial modeling skills
