Your role :
The Business Analyst will form an integral part of the Securities Account Inventory Program team liaising with internal business owners across the globe, supporting the program duringthe entire lifecycle and responsible for meeting UBS data standards (data analysis, IT coordination, UAT testing). The team is looking for a self-starter who is willing to execute tasks independently, is forward thinking and solution oriented.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for engaging business process owners to identify needs and contextualise them into a solution or program
• Responsible for the independent execution of data collection and analysis
• Leading data reconciliation exercise from start to finish across multiple systems and datasets
• Stakeholder management to ensure tasks from internal partners are executed on time and with an excellent quality
• Manage enquiries from internal business partners and support resolution
• Work very exactly, efficiently, and independently
Your team :
Network and Market Infrastructure Management's mission is to leverage market, product and commercial expertise to navigate the financial market ecosystems for our clients. This mission is dependent on a core base of complete and accurate Account/Provider static. The Securities Account Inventory program will create a new account static repository on UBS' internal cloud solution. The program duration is 16-18 months and currently in initial design phase.
Your expertise :
• Efficient, detail-orientated, enthusiastic, able to work in a team, reliable and with a positive mindset
• Willing to drive tasks to resolution and explore innovative ways to ensure successful outcome
• Keen to expand knowledge in new business areas/processes to support program delivery
• Flexible and open to support a variety of tasks
• Solution-oriented team player with a flair for projects and enjoyment of administrative tasks
You have:
• Experience in the banking industry, preferably in service delivery program with IT exposure
• Good understanding of banking processes and interest to data analysis
• Solid organizational skills, with a track record in problem solving to ensure proper risks and issues mitigation
