Job Description
The Director, Learning & Development role is accountable for program design, development and implementation of select learning & development initiatives within the Sionic L&D Practice
Performance & Delivery
- Deliver our existing suite of products to our client base
- Develop and implement a learning strategy to develop capabilities that support business objectives and organizational growth today and for the future
- Grow the portfolio and extend our reach with existing clients and new clients
- Contribute to innovative marketing initiatives in what Sionic do
- Mentor within the leadership portfolio and support recruitment as the portfolio grows
- Articulate measures of success and expected business impact, keeping key stakeholders informed and engaged with learning investment.
- Develop key relationships across the organization that build trust and credibility in the delivered learning solutions
Qualifications
- Considerable experience of leadership learning & development in global, complex organizations.
- Considerable experience of change management implementation
- Thought leader who provides expert guidance based on leading learning practices and innovative trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including facilitation and presentation skills with audiences of varying levels.
- A good understanding of business goals and organisational structure.
- Highly experienced in coaching, business strategy and change leadership.
- An understanding of agile ways of working desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated inclusive leadership both in leading diverse teams and incorporating D&I principles into learning design
