Main Responsibilities

- Support a small but dynamic team
- Manage a CRE portfolio, origination, exeution and day to day asset management.
- Key liaison point between numerous stakeholders
- Deal review and analysis
- Marketing of business in Germany
- Ensure all aspects of Data, Risk and Reporting are completed and timely
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles
- Manage client relationships.
- Reviewing and sign off on the economics of proposed deals.
- Enhance system infrastructure/process re-engineering
- Ad hoc projects
Skills
- A knowledge of Commerial Real Estate markets in the last 10 years
- Experience of Banking and Structured Finance
- Business fluency in German
- Leadership and communication skills
