Job Description:
Qualifications:
Education / Experience:
Location: Hong Kong
- Prepare presentation, credit memo, and marketing material mainly for M&A advisory, leveraged finance, and fund facility
- Develop and review financial models within broadly defined guidelines
- Support deal sourcing activities and client relationship management
- Participate and support daily execution works on various transactions
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of M&A and financing-related accounting and law concepts and principles
- Clear, enthusiastic, and confident communication abilities (both written and oral)
- Highly motivated and keen to take initiative; work effectively both independently and with other colleagues; have high levels of integrity and professionalism
- Native or fluency in both English and Korean. Korean is preferable.
- Mandarin is a plus
Education / Experience:
- 3 ~ 5 years' experience in a commercial bank, investment bank, accounting firm, or asset management company
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics from a top-ranked university
