We are working with a well-established leading impact investor. They are pioneers in sustainable investing with a specialist focus on high-growth financial services and healthcare companies in emerging markets. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful and growing fund as a key member of their investor relations team.
What the job involves

• Project manage future fundraising for existing and new products
• Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials for current and future fundraises including DDQs, PPMs, pitch decks, teasers
• Plan, prepare and deliver internal and external presentations and information for key events: AGMs, advisory board meetings etc
• Work with internal teams to deliver effective investor relations services
• Coordinate and chair on-site due diligence meetings

Who we are looking for

• Experience from within private markets or financial services sector either within investor relations or placement agent teams. Those coming from ECM, M&A or other similar roles will also be considered for this role
• Graduated to degree level with excellent academic record
• Genuine interest in ESG and the impact investing space
• Diligent, numerical with strong internal stakeholder management skills
