Fund Operations VP - Private Debt

Mission

Vous intégrez l'équipe Opérations Dettes Privées (environ 7 milliards d'actifs sous gestion - 16 collaborateurs) située à Paris.
Vous supervisez 2 collaborateurs.

Plusieurs fonds vous seront assignés, pour lesquels vous serez en charge de :

Monitoring de la performance

• Contribution à la modélisation de la performance des fonds et monitoring des budgets
• Calcul et contrôle des NAV en relation avec les prestataires
• Contribution aux reportings investisseurs

Transactions

• Coordination de la création de nouveaux fonds
• Participation à l'exécution des transactions
• Coordination des appels de fonds et des distributions

Contrôle et reporting

• Monitoring de la trésorerie et de la capacité d'investissements
• Suivi des investissements (tirages, paiements des intérêts, remboursements...)
• Maintien des bases référentielles
• Analyses spécifiques à la demande des gérants ou des clients

Opération

• Sélection et suivi des relations avec les prestataires
• Coordination de la comptabilité et des paiements

Management

• Supervision de 2 analystes
• Force de proposition pour l'amélioration des outils et des process
• Animation de la communication entre équipes et le senior management

You will integrate the Fund Operations Private Debt team (around € 7 bn of AUM - 16 staff) located in Paris and will be on your assigned funds notably in charge of :

Performance Monitoring

• Contribute to funds modelling (actual and forecasted performance) and monitoring of budgets,
• Funds' NAV calculation and control (in conjunction with service providers),
• Contribution to quarterly investors' reporting.

Transactions

• Coordination of setting up new investment vehicles,
• Support closing of investments (loan settlement / funding of direct lending) ;
• Coordination of capital calls from & distributions to investors.

Controlling and Reporting

• Monitoring of funds' treasury and investment capacities (" dry powder ") ;
• Monitoring of assets (investment, interest payments, reimbursment..) and commitments (fund raising, capital calls, distributions...) in the systems,
• Maintaining operational key information in the systems
• Ad hoc analysis for the Fund Managers or Investors.

Funds Operation

• Selection and Management of providers (custodians, accountants, auditors...)
• Coordination of accounting and payments.

Team Management

• Manage a team of 2 fund controllers/fund analysts,
• Improve processes & tools,
• Maintain constant communication with other teams & senior management.

Profil

• 6 ans d'expérience dans l'Asset Management, en tant que financial controller.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigent et en forte croissance
• Capacité à synthétiser
• Excellente maîtrise d'Excel
• La connaissance d'Efront est un plus
• Esprit d'équipe et fortes capacités de communication
• Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais
• La connaissance d'une deuxième langue européenne est un plus

• Ability to work in a challenging and fast growing environment
• Analytical skills / Ability to synthesize
• Strong experience with Excel - knowledge of Efront an advantage
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Fluency in French & English / second European language an advantage
