Overview of Division/Department

Asia & Oceania Department is coordination function for offices under Asia & Oceania region. Key duties are as follows;
- Formulation of business strategy of Asia & Oceania region
- Business plan formulation and profit management for offices in Asia & Oceania region
- Management of offices in Asia & Oceania region
- Business promotion of offices in Asia & Oceania region
- Local regulatory compliance in Asia & Oceania region
- Portfolio management in Asia & Oceania region

Job Responsibilities
- Secretarial work for Managing Director of Asia & Oceania Department
- To provide administrating task in Asia & Oceania Department, such as, but not limited to, general administration, budgeting, compliance, internal policies, procedures and rules, etc.
- To support business promotion, financial control and planning and coordination of offices in Asia & Oceania region

Job Requirements
‐ A Bachelor's degree
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
- The ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in financial institution or as secretary is preferable
