As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategies vital to the success of the fund. The core functions of these strategies are spread across generalist HR responsibilities including but not constrained to the below tasks.
- Devising and delivering key HR projects
- Building strong working relations with management and staff
- Developing, implementing and administering HR policies, programmes and practices
- Monitoring the annual HR budget
- Establishing efficient talent acquisition procedures to recruit and retain an effective team
- Develop and implement training initiatives to address current capabilities and future developmental needs, including team & function specific training, management development, new hire orientation and on-boarding
- Planning programmes to assist in aligning staff with the strategic goals of the company
- Developing a company-wide performance compensation and benefits system
- Formulating HR policies and objectives for the company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and encourage a high level of morale and motivation within the team
Who we are looking for
- Bachelors or equivalent degree and qualification in HR such as CIPD or equivalent
- Extensive and relevant experience in HR
- Strong HR generalist willing to be operationally focused with experience in the private equity sector
- Previous experience in emerging markets in META as well as Renewable Energy, Utilities and/or Infrastructure sectors is desirable
- Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
- High level of interpersonal and diplomacy skills
- Results and people oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations
