Position Description:

The Fund Development team coordinates and oversees the fund event process, including the project and workflow management of fund launches, liquidations, and mergers. As a member of the Fund Development team, you will work cross-functionally, from the beginning of a transition event to the end, in areas from internal governance, fund legal documentation, account and vendor setup to funding. You will eventually own the fund event process, and your efforts will help ensure that fund transitions are successful and that risks are managed proactively. You will also work on continuous improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk, utilizing business intelligence, low code applications, and other technology tools.

This role may be based in Austin, TX, or Newport Beach, CA.

  • A problem solver - quickly gaining clarity on desired outcomes, understanding root problems, and identifying the best solutions
  • A standout teammate - enjoying helping others perform at their best and achieve their fullest potential

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment - staying organized while juggling multiple priorities concurrently
  • Self-motivated - raising a high bar for yourself and reaching beyond the bare minimum of what's required
  • Have a keen attention to detail - you've already identified two typos in this job description
