About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities
1. Key person in Cross border rule of engagement (ROE) governance and administration across S&D
 Regular review of offshore business market operation and its needs of rule of engagement legal advice.
 Liaise with external legal and internal stakeholders on cross border ROE guidelines.
 Administer the learning and assessment of cross border ROE for offshore platform.
 Ensure all related personnel are trained in the cross border ROE guidelines and passed all the required assessments.
2. Sales Incentive Plan Review
 Review SIP of respective segments & specialist teams
 Work with business partners to run pre-implementation back-testing
 Regular post mortem review via data analytics and recommend changes in the incentive strategy
3. S&D Management Reporting for Monthly Business Review
 Analyze and update management on performance trends of key sales roles
 Manage monthly business reports & coordinate with respective stakeholders on annual budget and forecasts.
 Carry out analysis on business performance, and identify possible issues

Job Requirements
• Good financial degree
• Min. 3 years of experience in Finance or Sales Management
• Strong communication skills
• Good problem-solving & analytical
