Requirements:
- Preparing and delivering presentation materials
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analyses
- Attending client meetings
- Supervising other Analyst level banking professionals
- Playing key leadership roles in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in M&A execution/ direct investment
Requirements:
- Relevant PE or investment working experience, or IBD or equity research
- Preferably with engineering/physics/chemistry or equivalent degree
- Good understanding of direct investment; good business sense
- Highly fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
- Be flexible, detail-minded and entrepreneurial; someone who is willing to take on challenges
