We are seeking an Investment Analyst to join our Securities Lending/Cash team. You will work inside a trading room, with one of the most innovative securities lending desks, be exposed to daily changes and learn about multiple markets. No two days are alike!

What you’ll do

 Develop short-term markets and actively participates in the management of short-term portfolios.

 Be the contact for broker community for securities lending trading of Treasuries, Agencies, MBS securities, and Corporate Bonds

 Track securities lending performance with systems available internally and externally, and with the securities lending agent.

 Participates in the implementation of enhancements to the securities lending program.

What you’ll bring

 A bachelor's degree is required with a master's or MBA being preferred

 At least 3 years of investments experience

 Must be proficient with basic to intermediate experience with Internet Web Browsers (e.g., Edge or Chrome) and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)

 The CFA or CAIA is strongly preferred

 The ability to become licensed as a State Retirement System Investment Officer (SRSIO) within six month of hire and to abide by the OPERS Personal Trading Policy is required
