Our client a known leader in the development of private equity investment strategies. They actively manage fund portfolios across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Because of their fast growing business, they are now looking for an Associate, Fund Accounting to join their team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Preparing and review financial statements of SPVs;
  • Performing day-to-day fund accounting;
  • Monitoring portfolio companies;
  • Preparing of Management Accountants and Financial Statements;
  • Reviewing monthly NAV calculation;
  • Assisting asset management team with compilation and analysis for investment budgets and business plans;
  • Acting as liaison support between asset management, joint venture partners, and fund clients ;
  • Performing valuation;
  • Participating and assist in ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, CPA Qualification
  • 4+ years of relevant experience gained from large corporation or financial institution etc.
  • Strong analytical in problem solving, able to make recommendations
  • Strong business and commercial acumen and understanding of private funds
  • Excellent in verbal and written English and Chinese
