About The Role
Role Location: ANZ Singapore
Role Type: Permanent, Full time

As an Analyst/Associate, Debt Capital Markets, you will support a broader team in tasks with exposure to Asia debt markets across various countries in the South and South East Asia region. You will help the Singapore DCM team in the origination and execution of debt capital markets transactions. Core Focus countries would be Philippines, India, Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand.
You will work with DCM peers and collaborate with stakeholders across other teams and geographies including Syndicate, Relationship, Onboarding, Sustainable Finance to support the development of the Debt Capital business and successful completion of transactions.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
  • Previous experience in the research, analytics and financial markets related role will be an advantage, as would strong academic qualifications
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to build solid internal / external relationships
  • Good inter-personal skills, ability to bridge multiple cultures and strong command of English is a must
  • Highly organised with the ability to handle an atmosphere of demanding high-pressure work and stretched working hours
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, acute analytical thinking abilities, and a quick learner.
  • Speaking one of the local SEA country languages will be an advantage but not a must
  • Demonstrates strong work ethics as job may require evening and weekend commitments
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to fast changing situations
