Sales Manager - Global Private Banking

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Sales Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

• support GPB on achieving sales target
• monitor sales performance and productivity, KPI
• design and implement sales management approach including tools, MI
• conduct Business analytics to identify opportunities
• ensure sales target are tracked and follow through
• liaise with IWS on product distribution presentation
• ensure IC and RMs are equipped with marketing material required

Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant busines and product management experience in banking industry, preferably Private Banking / Private Wealth Management
• Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin preferable
• University degree in Business and Finance
• Ability to work in multi-function team to establish credibility in front of colleagues and clients
• Well versed in verious MS office applications (ppt, excel, etc)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of front to back proccesses are an advantage
