Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a foreign Financial Services firm as Operations Specialist.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Support booking and reconciliation process for Japan cash equity.
• Reconcile position for equity proprietary traders, and solve the issues with the traders, compliance, risk management and technology as well as Operations globally.
• Monitor execution matches with what external markets recognized.
• Reconcile position in internal accounts across onshore/offshore entities, and work with the sales traders, traders and Operations globally to flatten position breaks.
• Collaborate with compliance and technology on automation of process, and implementation.

Required skills

• Fluent level of Japanese and English.
• Experience in Investment Banking within Middle and Back Offices.

Preferred skills

• Experience in Financial products include but not limited to Equity, Derivatives and etc.
• Solid understanding of Japanese and Global Financial Regulatory terms.

Personal Attributes

• Strong analysis skills and self-motivated.
• Team player with excellent client services skills.
