Risk Manager/Assistant Manager_SFC 1, 4 & 9

Job Description • Assist the Head of Risk in identifying, assessing, measuring and managing risks for SFC Type 1,4,9 regulated activities • Establish, formulate and review all relevant risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulators • Monitor fund portfolio's activity, and perform independent assessment and analysis of market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk as the 2nd Line of Defense • Prepare regular risk analysis reports for management review • Develop, update and review risk management policies and guidelines • Identify the market risk, conduct risk analysis on a regular basis, and issue risk reports • Monitoring the scale, trading status & risk indicators • Review policies and procedures to ensure risk management with applicable legal and regulatory requirements • Responsible for the construction and operation of risk control mechanism such as risk preference, quota management and authorization management of the department • Assess the risks involved in the business development process, and propose corresponding improvement measures • Assess the credit status of customers, issuers and counterparties, and manage credit risk limits • Conduct a complete risk assessment for new products and business • Prepare portfolio risk analysis reports regularly • Responsible for developing and maintaining the risk measurement model • Assist in the implementation of risk work in accordance risk management requirements • Assist in financial stress testing and sensitivity analysis • Accomplish the related compliance reports to SFC and assist in answering risk and compliance questions Job Requirements • Degree holder with major in Risk Management. Finance. Accounting. Financial. Statistics, or other related disciplines;

• 4 years' relevant risk experience within financial services or asset management or relevant experience in risk management, internal control, audit or equivalent functions(s);

• Knowledge of managing regulatory exam & engagement;

• Excellent communication skills; Ability to articulate information concisely and interact with senior stakeholders;

• Proactive & Energetic, Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks under aggressive targets;

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent in English and Mandarin
