- Responsible for design and implementation of various risk management framework and policy;
- Take lead in comprehensive product on-boarding risk analysis and its product risk rating methodology under SFC regime including but not limited to all range of fund, fixed income, structured product and non-vanilla derivative etc;
- Responsible for the on-going product on-boarding approval from New Business and Product Committee with close working from Product Desk;
- Take lead and monitor drafting for different internal and external risk reports and raw risk data system submission between department members upon instruction from Head of Risk Management;
- Responsible for preparation and writing of various risk checking reports or risk surveillance reports to Management, Regulator and Head Office in both English and Chinese manner;
- Assist Head of Risk and take lead in risk management oversight for all-rounded business under subsidiary JVCo with over 1000 staffs spanning over ASEAN, Korea, US and UK, with particular covering on Contract-for-difference (CFD) business and market risk;
- Communicate and co-work with Singapore Office's Risk Management Department for risk oversight and risk reportings;
