Personal Banking Products

Hang Seng's Secured Lending business offers a full spectrum of secured loan products to customers, including Mortgage Loans, Secured Overdraft and Premium Financing, etc.

Our team develops product propositions, pricing, acquisition and portfolio management strategies to grow secured lending business. We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Mortgage Products Manager.

Principal responsibilities
  • Maintain a set of MI and analytic reports for monitor business process and to capture business opportunities as well as formulate recommendations for business intitaives
  • Participate in system enhancement or special projects to comply with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders and clearly understand the business requirement of MI requests.
  • Review and clarify the analytic issues of the MI requests (including business definition, alignment with other MI reports and feasibility) with business
  • Assist in digital transformation projects and drive the implementation of digital platforms to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years' in MI reporting and Data Management in financial industry
  • With good knowledge of Access, Excel VBA and SQL programming skill.
  • Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
