Investment and M&A Analyst - Renewables energy solutions

Responsibilities

As part of the Investment and M&A team, the Analyst will be looking at M&A transactions and is instrumental to originate, analyse, and execute the M&A opportunities. He/she will prepare economic analysis models for investment opportunities and track metrics including economic and profitability ratios.

Supporting the M&A team, the Analyst will be involved in the due diligence processes, and prepare investment memorandums and the presentations for the Group APAC region team.

Requirements

The successful candidate has a degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline. You should have 2-3 years' of working experience in M&A, corporate finance, valuations, or investment analysis. Ideally, you have strong knowledge of valuation (FCFF and FCFE). Those with work experiences in the Energy or Infrastructure sectors will be highly advantageous.

You will also be described a strong team player who is collaborative, and the ability to manage interdepartmental relations within the APAC regions.
