Our client, a leading real estate investment firm with almost $10 billion in AUM is seeking a Senior Associate, Asset Management to join the team. The Senior Associate, Asset Management will take point on financial modeling of existing investments and will support the broader asset management team.

The Senior Associate, Asset Management - Real Estate Private Equity will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining relationships with business contacts and relevant market players, leasing agents, contractors, consultants, investors, and in-house property managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing tenants
  • Lead the budget process for leasing assumptions, and provide information / analysis on recommended capital projects
  • Extensive market and industry research
  • Thorough understanding of property level financial analysis
  • Ad hoc investment and asset management related work (e.g. reporting, financing activities, disposition activities, corporate initiatives, capital project recommendations)
  • Collaborate with the Execution Team to evaluate capital improvement projects, deferred maintenance, and new sources of revenues


The Senior Associate, Asset Management - Real Estate Private Equity has the following qualifications:
  • Between 2 and 5 years of related real estate experience with a real estate investment or development firm, reputable investments sales team or brokerage firm, or real estate advisory firm
  • Bachelor degree from a top tier institution
  • Excellent understanding of Argus and Excel with spreadsheet analysis experience
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
